This Full Body Core Routine is meant for all levels. You will have access to 12 full workout videos, exercise descriptions with the modifications and progressions, you will have a schedule to follow so you can keep up with the program, nutritional guidance, and an understanding of how to activate your core during your movements. You will strengthen your foundation and better your core endurance. Equipment that you will need for this program are: a mat, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a stability ball.
